原理
雷达物位计天线发射较窄的微波脉冲,这个脉冲以光速在空间传播,遇到被测介质表面,其部分能量被反射回来,被同一天线接收。发射脉冲与接收脉冲的时间间隔与天线到被测介质表面的距离成正比,从而计算出天线到被测介质表面的距离。
特点
由于采用了先进的微处理器和独特的EchoDiscovery回波处理技术,雷达物位计可以应用于各种复杂工况。
“虚假回波学习”功能使得仪表在多个虚假回波的工况下,可正确地确认真实回波,获得准确的测量结果。
多种过程连接方式及天线型式,使得WTCRD5X系列雷达物位计适于各种复杂工况及应用场合。如:高温、高压及小介电常数介质的测量等。
采用脉冲工作方式,雷达物位计发射功率极低,可安装于各种金属、非金属容器内,对人体及环境均无伤害。

Principle: the radar level gauge antenna transmits a narrow microwave pulse, which propagates in space at the speed of light.
When it encounters the surface of the measured medium, some of its energy is reflected back and received by the same antenna.
The time interval between the transmitting pulse and the receiving pulse is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the
measured dielectric surface, thus the distance from the antenna to the measured dielectric surface is calculated.
Features: because of the advanced microprocessor and unique EchoDiscovery echo processing technology, radar level meter
can be used in all kinds of complex working conditions. The "false echo learning" function enables the instrument to
correctly confirm the true echo and obtain the accurate measurement results under the condition of multiple false echoes.
A variety of process connection modes and antenna types make WTCRD5X series radar level meters suitable for
various complex working conditions and applications. Such as: high temperature, high pressure and small dielectric constant measurement, etc.
The radar level meter can be installed in all kinds of metal and non-metal containers without harm to human body
and environment by means of pulse working mode, the radar level meter emits very low power and can be installed in various
metal and non-metallic containers. Characteristic: trumpet antenna, small beam angle. Should be used: liquid measurement or short-range solid measurement.
